Commerces et mer Ć  3 mn Ć  pieds.

Location agrĆ©able, propre, literie confortable, grande terrasse abritĆ©e avec un rideau pour protĆ©gĆ© du soleil, du vent. Un climatiseur rafraichissant . La tĆ©lĆ© se tourne , un plaisir soit dans le BZ ou dans le lit. Rue passagĆØre mais calme la nuit, les bus en contrebas ne gĆŖnent pas. Le petit bĆ©mol , la douche trop petite. Un beau marchĆ© tous les matins Ć  2 mn Ć  pieds, proche de la mer , des commerces, tout se fait Ć  pieds . Une trĆØs bonne boulangerie Ć  3 mn Ć  pied Des animations le soir.

Un appartement trĆØs bien situĆ© au coeur de la ville, Ć  cĆ“tĆ© des commerces, du marchĆ©, des plages, du parc, et proche de la grande cĆ“te et de la forĆŖt domaniale. Une rĆ©sidence trĆØs propre, calme et pratique (ascenseur, parking sĆ©curisĆ©). L'Ć©quipement du studio est adaptĆ©, rien ne manque et tout est trĆØs propre, l'amĆ©nagement est sympa aux couleurs marines et dynamiques. Je recommande le studio, pour 1 personne seule ou un couple. La rĆ©ception est trĆØs agrĆ©able.
