Un potentiel non exploité

Appartement très bien situé, à 200 m d'une jolie petite plage. Il bénéficie en outre d'un balcon avec vue sur mer, dans une résidence parfaitement calme. Il est donc dommage que l'aménagement intérieur soit négligé : lavabo cassé, plaques de cuisson antiques, mobilier de jardin inconfortable dans le séjour . Seule la literie est bonne. Dommage !

Très bel apt de vacances

Très spacieux, calme, confortable, proche plage du platin et du centre ville à pied. Bien équipé et propre. Belle terrasse avec jolie vue sur la mer et centre ville. Tout ce qu’il faut pour de bonnes vacances

Les points negatifs sont : Le lave vaiselle qui ne fonctionne pas correctement- trop vieux Il manque un lave linge . Kit wifi , honereux pour un faible débit Les points positifs Appartement tres bien situé, propre et vue sur mer Plages et commerces à proximités, pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Blacon très agreable et calme assuré
