Derniere maison tout au bout de la dune, grandes baies vitrées avec jardin face à la mer, accès direct à la plage, vue sur les Îles Chausey, la citadelle et le port de Granville. De l’espace avec 4 chambres à l’étage dont 3 avec vue mer + 1 chambre au rez de chaussée parfaite pour des grands parents âgés, à côté de la grande pièce à vivre. Idéal en famille, notamment avec des jeunes enfants. Calme et sérénité assurés. Seul minuscule bémol, besoin de la voiture pour accéder aux commerces les plus proches à 5/10min en voiture à Jullouville ou St Pair sur mer. ##### guillaume c.
