Located just 300m from the beach (no roads to cross), the nearest shops are just a 300m walk away, and all amenities (Jullouville and St Pair) are 1.5 km away. Upon entering, you will discover an extra sleeping area with two single bunk beds (90cm), a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher), a cozy living room with a TV and a sofa bed offering comfortable sleeping accommodations, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom (shower, washing machine), and a separate toilet.
