Le gîte est bien agencé, avec tout le confort et une véranda ainsi qu'une terrasse où il fait bon se reposer un moment pour profiter du petit jardin et du calme. Les promenades sont très nombreuses. Il y a de quoi occuper les grands et les enfants, de la visite de Granville, jusqu'au Mont Saint-Michel et les commerçants de Saint-Pair sont particulièrement accueillants.
