The apartment is bathed in natural light, and the views of the coastline and the port of Granville are remarkable from both the kitchen and the master bedroom. From this hilltop location in a very peaceful residential area, you can easily walk down to the nearby shops (300m) and, of course, the main beach (500m). The seawater swimming pool ensures swimming regardless of the tides, and the casino is a great idea for a family outing!
