The spa with sauna, cold plunge, pool and much more being an included service was top notch. Perfect for sore bodies after hiking 10 days!! Beautiful rooms that are perfect for families! The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the town center, while still offering incredible views of the surrounding mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the hotel was clean and modern, and the staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. It was the perfect base for exploring Chamonix, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Spent two nights during summer. Excellent stay for a great price. Great space, good accommodations. The staff accommodates English speakers and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They even upgraded us to a mountain view room and offered to hold our luggage for 1.5 days when we went to camp at Lac de Cheserys. Although it seems somewhat remote from city center, it is actually quite accessible and they often provide shuttle service to and from the hotel. There was also a miscommunication which led to them sending shuttle service to pick us up at the Chamonix Mont-Blanc train/bus station even though we had arrived by other means. Thankfully, they were patient with us regarding that. Highly recommend for anyone planning to spend a few days in Chamonix."
