Staff were very helpful, room was very clean and the hotel is in the thick of it. The concierge organised our transfers and made sure all was on time. The restaurant and bar had a stunning view and the staff couldn’t do enough at dinner and breakfast. We were treated like royalty.

Amazing staff - we had a huge family gathering in Istanbul and a big group of about 30 people stayed at this hotel in 10+ rooms. We received the absolute best service from the staff over the course of a week. Every single day, 24/7, we received great service, with a smile. They accommodated all our needs and made us feel home.
