Cottage completely renovated in 2009, neat and modern decoration with enclosed garden of 600 m2. Ideal with children.
2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 single beds upstairs and one bedroom with double bed on the ground floor with large bay window directly overlooking the garden.

Very bright cottage with large windows overlooking a large south facing terrace very well equipped. Located 2 km from the large sandy beach of Pentrez (sand yachting). Many hiking possibilities through the Menez Hom and the coastal paths. 15 km from Morgat and Locronan city of character. Marine Park and Armorica Park. Lovers of the filled sea. 35 minutes from Océanopolis park.
Nice bike rides from the rental.
Beds made on arrival, (provide towels towels) possibility of loan of cot with duvet, sheet, high chair and stroller at no extra charge.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt einem herrlichen Sandstrand in 2 km Entfernung. Von hier aus kann man die Halbinsel Crozon ideal erkunden.

Calme, confortable, extrêmement bien situé

Tout d'abord, l'accueil des propriétaires fût extrêmement convivial et d'une grand gentillesse. Le gite correspond tout à fait à la description : propre, très bien équipé aussi bien intérieur et extérieur. Le jardin est très appréciable, orienté vers le sud. Ce gite permet un vrai repos au calme à la campagne avec une vue au loin sur la plage de Pentrez ( 5 min en voiture), mais aussi de rayonner sur l'ensemble de la presqu'ile du Crozon et du Finistère sud avec de nombreux lieux à explorer !Seul regret, que notre séjour n'est duré qu'une semaine !!!

Accueil sympathique et serviable, hôte parfait : efficace, mais discret, sa proximité est un plus !Vous aimez le calme : l'emplacement le garantit ! Quasi en plein champs, à peine quelques voitures ou tracteurs dans 1 journée...Ancienne grange superbement aménagée : séjour avec cuisine complète, salle d'eau, toilette séparée, 1 chambre au RDC et une au 1, avec une mezzanine en plus et canapé lit. Agencements vraiment complet, jusque dans les petits détails du quotidien...!Grande pelouse arborée, terrasse aménagée, grand parasol, tout pour la détente et le repos !Vraiment parfait pour un séjour sans problème et reposant !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de deux semaines dans cette magnifique petite maison bretonne. Le calme absolu et très bien situé pour visiter la presqu’ile de Crozon. Le chant des oiseaux, au petit matin et en fin de journée, quel dépaysement. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires qui habitent juste derrière la maisonnette, mais qui sont d’une grande discrétion. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons pour découvrir d’autres parties de cette belle Bretagne.

Cottage Saint-Nic

Das Ferienhaus ist für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern sehr schön gewesen. Vor allem der große Garten mit Schaukel und Terrasse waren super. Der Strand von Saint–Nic als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auf Grund der ländlichen Lage des Hauses nur mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das Vermieterehepaar wohnt nebenan und ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Französischkenntnisse sind für die Kommunikation miteinander von großem Vorteil.

Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances entourés de superbes paysages. La maison est très bien située aux abords de la Presqu'île de Crozon et à proximité d'une très belle plage. Mme et Mr Colonna sont des hôtes très sympathiques et disponibles, encore merci pour votre accueil. Maison bien équipée, propre avec un grand jardin fermé, et le petit plus le coin enfant à l'étage.. les nôtres ont beaucoup appréciés !

Vacances de rêve

Un gîte très très bien aménagé dans une ancien bâtiment de ferme, avec vue sur les champs, dans un silence impressionnant et sans pollution lumineuse. Une pelouse orientée au Sud permet de profiter du soleil. En 45 minutes on peut aller à pied à la plage de Pentrez, mais il faut une voiture pour aller faire ses courses à la superette de Teldruc. La côte autour de Crozon est magnifique, offre de nombreuses ballades et des vedettes au départ de Morgat pemettent de découvrir des grottes impressionnantes. On n'a qu'une envie : revenir au plus vite.

L'incarnation du silence !

Maison de très bon goût à toute proximité d'une belle plage de 4km. Située dans un lieu-dit "Pors Gourmelen" (pour aider à la trouver via le GPS), la propriété se juxtapose à celle des propriétaires, très charmants. Ce qui est pratique pour les petites questions du quotidien (au passage merci pour le poisson :p) Un étage réservé aux enfants avec un très vaste espace. Mini mini mini bémol, un petit canapé au RDC serait pas mal pour se poser plus confortablement à l'intérieur les soirs de fraicheur ou de pluie ^^ Mais franchement, foncez !

Das Haus entspricht absolut den Bildern im Inserat. Bei unserer Ankunft, die sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend verlief, war es sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es gibt einen schönen großen Garten und wir hätten sicherlich öfter draußen gesessen, leider ließ das Wetter das nicht zu. Die Vermieter haben bereits einiges an Informationen über die Region zusammengestellt und geben hilfreiche Tipps, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen gelegen, wodurch es sehr ruhig ist, allerdings fährt man gute 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Bäcker oder Supermarkt.

Tolles Haus für Familien mit Kindern in schöner Umgebung
