### Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### DOLMEN

In Saint-Nectaire le haut, a 55m² house with a view of the Church and the valley. The house is renovated with taste and fully equipped to spend a stay as a couple or with family.   
  
It has two bedrooms and a capacity for 4 people.   
  
You can rest in the 500m² garden, or have lunch on the terrace enjoying a superb view.   
  
The terrace with the view of the church will allow you to have your various meals or aperitifs with a South exposure and a magnificent view.   
  
The key reception and return is done at our Saint-Nectaire office independently with our connected key box.   
  
Options that must be requested during booking:   
  
(ATTENTION, our laundry kits are biodegradable and disposable)   
  
\- Laundry kit including:   
  
\* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)   
  
\* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase ($15)   
  
Towel at 5 euros each (55\*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you!   
  
End-of-stay cleaning mandatory.   
  
The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency.   
  
Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (within the limit of 2)   
  
A mandatory deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be requested. (check or bank imprint)

Logement fonctionnel et très agréable. Il m'a juste manqué des fiches explicatives sur l'utilisation du four et du lave vaisselle ainsi que des indications sur les poubelles. Dommage que le remboursement de la caution ne s'effectue que 15 jours après le départ ! Ceci ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellentes vacances et de profiter de la vue magnifique depuis la maison.
