It comprises a 46 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 400 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Basement: \- Laundry room, garage (for one car) Ground floor: \- 46 m² living room with sofa and TV \- A dining area for enjoying a meal together \- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: bunk bed (2 single beds) \- Bathroom with shower and double washbasin \- Separate WC 1st floor : \- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 4: two single beds \- Office area \- Bathroom with bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot with adapted mattress, plancha, iron and ironing board.
