"Very disappointed. Booked as a stay over from a trip back from Italy. Alarm bells should have started ringing when they charged us 7 a person for a sheet and a towel. Entered the property and there’s a distinct smell of cat urine. Got a message in the morning saying the house must be spotless and to make the beds. "Très bon accueil, maison agréable, spacieuse, et fonctionnel. Tous les produits de première nécessité sont présents (papier WC, gels douche, huile, vinaigre, dosette café...). Nous avons profité de la terrasse extérieure. Dommage que la piscine n'était pas en service malgré l'annonce qui le stipulait. Nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir également le forfait ménage obligatoire la veille du départ (80), il serait judicieux de l'indiquer dès le départ."

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet, qui présente de nombreux atouts : il est spacieux, bien agencé, globalement propre et idéalement situé. Il offre un cadre très agréable pour profiter de la région.Cependant, il est dommage que le logement ne soit pas mieux entretenu. L’extérieur, notamment le bois, manque d’entretien et certains éléments semblent avoir fait l’objet de réparations de fortune. À l’intérieur, quelques équipements mériteraient d’être remplacés ou rafraîchis : certains matelas et oreillers présentent des taches (auréoles jaunes) et le lit double du bas est affaissé, ce qui nuit au confort.C’est regrettable car le chalet a un très fort potentiel, mais celui-ci n’est pas pleinement exploité faute d’investissement dans son entretien.Sur place, Bérangère a été très réactive et les échanges ont été fluides."

"Nous avons loué ce chalet pour notre enterrement de vie de jeune fille, et franchement… tout était parfait du début à la fin !Le chalet est extrêmement fonctionnel et très bien pensé pour les grands groupes. La literie était au top, il y avait suffisamment de salles de bain et de WC pour tout le monde, ce qui est un vrai luxe quand on est nombreux.Les équipements étaient incroyables : deux jacuzzis, une piscine, une salle de sport, deux babyfoots, un terrain de pétanque… impossible de s’ennuyer ! Tout le monde a passé un excellent week-end.Nous avons particulièrement adoré le fait que les chalets communiquent entre eux, aussi bien par l’intérieur (en haut et en bas) que par l’extérieur. C’était vraiment idéal pour notre groupe et très convivial.Tout était impeccable niveau propreté, et la vue… juste exceptionnelle ! Entre le lac de Gérardmer, les pistes de ski, la ville et les montagnes en arrière-plan, le panorama est magnifique. Mention spéciale pour les couchers de soleil qui étaient absolument splendides.Enfin, les gérants ont été adorables du début à la fin : très arrangeants, très gentils et disponibles. Les échanges avant le week-end se sont déroulés parfaitement et nous avons été très bien accueillis.Nous repartons avec de super souvenirs et nous recommandons ce lieu les yeux fermés !"
