  • Welcome to our house in the heart of Saint Michel en Grève. Once you’ve set down your bags, just let yourselves be carried away by the rhythm of the tides.



    This 70 m² house offers sea views and direct beach access via a stone staircase. Accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with fridge, small freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, kettle, and pod coffee maker. The living room, with its corner sofa, is a cozy spot to relax with friends or family after a day of exploring. It features a TV, coffee table, and board games. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Air conditioning.



    Upstairs:

    Bedroom 1: 140x190 cm bed.

    Bedroom 2 (sea view): bunk bed, trundle bed, and single bed.

    WC (macerator).

    Small lounge: relaxation area with sea view.



    Outside, there’s no garden—the beach is your playground! Enjoy small seating areas at the front and back with table, chairs, loungers, and a plancha grill. Sandy beach with volleyball, playground, picnic tables, showers, and seasonal activities.



    Wi-Fi and self check-in. Free street parking or public lot opposite. EV charging stations 100 m away. No events allowed. Bed linen and towels not included, available as an option for an extra charge. Other options for an extra charge: end-of-stay cleaning, paddleboard rental, babysitter, baby bed, sheets, towels.



    Perfect for hiking the GR 34 between heritage and nature. Surf, paddle, kitesurf, and wingfoil schools 100 m away. Tennis 15 min walk, riding center nearby. Magnifique maison et village parfait pour des vacances familiales

Pros: Très beau logement fonctionnel et rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Vue mer magnifique dans le petit salon avec accès direct à la plage sans route à traverser , appréciable pour les enfants. Hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés, disponibles. Endroit magique et ressourçant.
