"We were welcomed and they noted the reason for our visit. The restaurant is an amazing place decorated in the art deco style. The food was delicious. The rooms had nice ceilings and very 1920s feel. "A very enjoyable 4 days stay particularly as I was able to acquire a portable A/C unit from the very helpful reception staff - I arrived in 38C!! Located within walking distance of everything in beautiful Angers but very quiet as it’s in the University zone. There’s a supermarket minutes away as are lovely walks along the river to the château. The room itself was pristine and comfortable. Ticked all my boxes and hope to return again next year."
