7.8/10 Good! (813 reviews)
Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location.
Housekeeping was a recurring problem. We waited approximately three hours for towels, had to retrieve toilet paper ourselves, and experienced inconsistent room cleaning despite being told there was a $25 cleaning fee. Our original room had a nonfunctioning TV, phone, and toilet, requiring us to move to another room with a broken toilet seat and unpleasant-smelling furniture. The floors and sheets were wet every night due to condensation, and I experienced severe allergy symptoms. Room service never arrived, yet we were charged a $25 fee for an order that was handed to us at the door.
We contacted management and made multiple attempts to resolve these issues, but our concerns remain unresolved. These problems occurred throughout our stay, not just one night. The experience did not justify the cost, and we will never return.

8/10 Very good! (593 reviews)
A good location and very nice beach adjacent to the property . The hotel itself has a place to swim, but there’s no beach. You have to go down some stairs with a rocky abutment, but the swimming is OK if you don’t mind not having sand. The biggest problem I have with this place is the all inclusive amenities very small portions very limited variety of food unfortunately it is one of the worst all inclusives when it comes to food that I ever went to . If they improve on this aspect, I would give it at least four stars.

"I booked 4 rooms. They were all clean. My room, the bathroom had quarter piece of glass so all the water keeps splashing out soaking the floor. I had to turn the shower toward the wall.
