It is located just a 5-minute drive from the village of Saint-Martin-en-Vercors, offering all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, café, etc.). Just a stone's throw from the Via Cordata, the Herbouilly site, and numerous hiking trails, outdoor enthusiasts will be delighted in all seasons. This large 180 m² gîte with 6 bedrooms can accommodate up to 15 guests and includes: On the ground floor: \- A large living room with a pellet stove, pool table, XXL sofa, and flat-screen TV (TV access, Netflix, Prime Video, Canal+). \- A fully equipped kitchen (Delonghi bean-to-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, 12-place dishwasher, induction hob, and large electric oven). \- Bedroom 1: A 160x200cm double bed, equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and wardrobe. \- Bedroom 2: A 140x190cm double bed, sink, shower stall, and wardrobe. \- A separate toilet and washing machine.
