A spacious, welcoming house between village, field and forest.

The house, located in the heart of a typical small village in the Vercors, combines practical aspects (proximity to shops) and the bucolic character of the place, strongly connoted by its location on land. a meadow style extended by a forest. This house consists of a large living room, with sliding window - south side - opening onto the garden (garden furniture and barbecue), large French windows leading to a terrace on the east side. Upstairs, four bedrooms and a bathroom (all these rooms have large windows allowing maximum light to enter).
A garage, communicating with the house by a staircase, allows to park a vehicle.

Superbe maison (et bien placée !)

Superbe maison au coeur de village de Saint-Martin-en-Vercors. La maison est très spacieuse (plus que l'apparence donnée par les photos) , joliment décorée, très fonctionnelle et bien équipée (+ propreté impeccable) . L'accueil de M et Mme Baudoin a été très sympathique . La situation de la maison permet d'accéder rapidement à plusieurs commerces en quelques dizaines de mètres et d'être également tout de suite dans la nature ou sur les sentiers de randonnées. Nous recommandons vivement.

Grand confort dans le Vercors

Cette maison est à la fois placée au centre du village (excellente boulangerie d'un côté, de l'autre Jean-Pierre l'épicier ouvert 7 jours sur 7, ...) et en bord de nature avec un jardin agréable, bout de pré et super vue! Maison spacieuse et très confortable. Nous reviendrons volontiers.

Jolie maison d’une propreté exemplaire, spacieuse, claire, bien équipée, très bonne literie, située au centre du village à proximité immédiate d’une excellente boulangerie et de deux épiceries dont une bio. Très beau séjour dans une belle maison, spacieuse et équipée tout confort, au milieu d une décoration raffinée et choisie avec goût. Nous avons apprécié la fonctionnalité du gîte, la situation de la maison avec ses petits commerces de proximité, les espaces extérieurs sécurisés attenant à la maison, et la proximité de plusieurs sites touristiques réputés ( grotte de Choranche, mémorial de la Résistance...). Nombreux sentiers de randonnée adaptés aux plus jeunes comme aux plus endurants selon votre choix. Pour finir, un très bon accueil des propriétaires qui restent, de plus, toujours disponibles pendant le séjour en cas de besoin. Une chose est certaine, nous renouvellerons nos vacances à la maison des voyageurs!

Maison très spacieuse et bien équipée. Aménagée et décorée avec soin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la cuisine toute neuve dans laquelle nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille, au calme, dans un environnement très accueillant. La maison est bien placée, à côté de l'épicerie du village et de la boulangerie. Nous reviendrons volontiers et nous recommendons sans hésiter cette location.
