"My friends and I had an amazing stay at this lovely house. Especially the outdoor area was beautiful and the pool was great! The house is just a 10 minute drive from a lovely town and shops for groceries. The hosts even organised for us to go horse-riding at their horse riding school which was a great experience. Overall, we loved our stay and had the great time. Eloïse and her father were a great help when we needed it and they were such lovely people!"

"Had a lovely stay here and was perfect for the family with the pool. Lots of space and although we would go again there could be a few small improvements for next time. Although it didn’t affect us there were some damaged boards around the pool which could be fixed and also no outdoor table to eat at. "This property is in a very quiet village with only a boulangerie which isn't open every day and a posh Chateau restaurant. There's a supermarket 8 minutes away and other boulangeries. We swam in the river, visited Amboise, Tours, chateaus and Beauval zoo from here. The house is spacious. and has everything you need. The hosts are kind and friendly. They live 2 doors up. We were shocked by the amount charged for bedding though.E149 Agree a price before you go."

"Our group (2 couples and 1 teenager) enjoyed 3 days near Tours while staying at this spacious apartment. We spent 1 day kayaking and 1 day visiting Tours. You'll need a car to access this property, however, there is a grocery store and bakery for morning breakfast near-by (~10 minutes by car). The friendly host lives adjacent, so check-in was very easy. Thanks for a great stay!!"

"This is a very classily converted old property with spacious rooms and flexible outdoor areas, beautifully planted. Lovely comfortable beds. The skies are incredibly dark for star-gazing, there is a lovely park in the grounds of the local chateau and although there is no bar in the village there is a good bread shop and a very nice restaurant (La Croix Verte). Amboise is only 5 mins drive away. We were there for the phenomenal Bastille Day fireworks."

"Marie & Jean-Louis were fabulous hosts that ensured we had everything needed. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed. We were given a lovely tour of the family's cave where the family once produced wine. The gîte is in an historic district with lovely views of the vines and mustard in early spring.
