You will particularly appreciate its privileged location at the top of a hill with a dominant view over the valley, its large outdoor space and not overlooked, its peaceful location near a pretty medieval village with all amenities (shops, doctor, etc.) Bright, with its South / South-West exposure, it consists of a large living room with American kitchen, a spacious bedroom, a bathroom and separate WC. The river (Ardèche) is 6 km away for swimming. You can also make pretty walks from the cottage. This rental is particularly appreciated by couples of all ages, and families with children. Das Haus steht auf einer Anhöhe mit Blick auf das Rhonetal. Man ist abseits es Touristenandrangs und doch gleich an der schönen Ardeche und dem schönen Badestrand Sauze, der nur 10-15 min von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Das Dorf Saint Marcel d Ardeche ist ein ruhiger, schöner und beschaulicher Ort ohne Touristenandrang. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Aussenanlage mit Gartenmöbel, Liegen und Hängematte!!! Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und hat sich immer danach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wieder kommen. ##### Annette K.
