The apartment is located 200m from Sainte Asile beach in the heart of a magnificent listed pine forest and 1 km from the large Sablettes beach. Bathroom redone in April 2018\. Integrated air conditioning Household linen (sheets and towels) is not provided. Nearby: shops (mini-market, bakery, fruit and vegetables, newsagent, pharmacy), a general practitioner works on the ground floor of the condominium. Children's games, sea course, health course, hiking, maritime excursions, scuba diving, zoo (wildcat), marine museum, Paul Ricard circuit (25kms), tennis courts, proximity to Mont Faron. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, 4 place settings, fridge with freezer, electric barbecue on furniture, microwave oven, television, air conditioning, tassimo machine, 1 double bed, 2 small bunk beds, Italian shower. Possibility to go by shuttle boat to the port of Toulon from the Sablettes. You can visit the famous market and the Marine Museum on site while having lunch along the harbor. Count 10 EUR for a card with 10 crossings. The non-nominative card can be used for the whole family. On Toulon, you can access Mont Faron by cable car, an excursion that will offer you a breathtaking view of the harbor of Toulon and the Saint Mandrier peninsula. A wildcat magnificently established in the middle of the pine forest is a visit not to be missed. In the town of La Seyne sur mer, you will enjoy the long Sablettes beach, as well as its many restaurants. Also a small amusement park. Do not hesitate to go to Fort Balaguier in this same town to visit the marine museum (with history on the penal colony of Toulon). Le quartier Pin Rolland est très agréable avec la pinède St Asile... en revanche la plage St Asile n'est pas terrible... mais ce n'est pas un problème car à même pas 15 mn à pieds on a les Sablettes, grande plage de sable fin avec bars, restaurants, plages privées... tout pour passer un bon séjour. Et une mention spéciale pour le camion à pizzas situé en bas de la résidence : les meilleures pizzas que je n'ai jamais mangées et une patronne adorable ! ##### Cécile L.
