Key cards to the rooms were not working. Staff had to keep accompanying guests to their rooms each time they needed to get back in. The breakfast area had an influx of flies which were constantly sitting on the food which was laid out. No staff members made any attempt to cover the food. The scrambled egg offering was revolting and clearly made with powdered egg. Eggs were available for guests to boil, so why they scramble up dried egg is beyond me!

Everything was perfect besides the toilet flush, the blocked bath and the towels that we put as it was said into the bathtub to be changed , which were not changed but hopefully there were two others in addition.
