A stone's throw from the seaside, beaches, and hiking trails, the Doux Verger cottage (like a small house) is ideal for a week of rest with family or lovers for 2-4 people. Come and discover Saint Lunaire the family seaside resort which obtained the Blue Flag from 2001 to 2016 We would be delighted to welcome you to the Doux Verger, in a rural area, just 3.2 km from the sea and the first beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo) . Mont Saint Michel is 60 kilometers away. The Gîte offers 43 m² of comfort, as well as a large 40m2 terrace and a fully enclosed and sunny private garden. For a pleasant stay at the Doux Verger cottage in France: The double bed in the bedroom has a quality mattress (160 cm and dating from 2019). The living room and the bedroom are on one level, they open directly onto the terrace and the garden, with a garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs. The Gîte was completely refurbished in 2016 and includes: \- A living room with an equipped American kitchen: \- A convertible sofa for 2 people \- A flat screen TV \- Free Wifi Internet \- Washing machine \- Oven, microwave and induction hob. \- A large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed \- A bathroom with a shower cabin \- A large terrace \- An enclosed garden \- A private parking space Possibility of cleaning at end of stay on prior request. Wir (Paar +/-60 mit Hund) haben eine Woche im 3-Ähren-Haus von Fabien und Paola verbracht. Die Wohnung, ein Anbau an ein größeres Haus, war wie beschrieben, geschmackvoll ausgestattet und hat alles geboten, was man bei Selbstversorgung braucht. Terasse (mit Außendusche!) und Garten haben uns (und dem Hund) auch ein schönes Ambiente geboten, wenn wir mal nicht auf Tour gehen wollten. Fabien und Paola waren ausgesprochen unkompliziert und sehr, sehr freundlich! Das Highlight ihrer Gastfreundschaft bildete ein frischer Hummer! Obwohl das Haus an einer Regionalstraße gelegen ist, ist es überhaupt nicht laut. Einziger Wehrmutztropfen: sich zu Fuß vom Haus wegzubewegen ist schwierig, da es an der Straße keinerlei Seitenstreifen o.ä. gibt. Auto (oder Fahrräder) ist dringend zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung, die wir hatten, war für 2 Personen gut geeignet, für mehr Personen würde es wohl eng. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder - merci à Paola et Fabien! ##### Uwe S. ---
