Totally renovated, this house was designed to live moments of relaxation and calm while enjoying the proximity of the magical beaches of the Emerald Coast. This magnificent duplex is composed on the first floor of a vast living room equipped with a real kitchen and a lounge area arranged around a magnificent fireplace. On the first floor you will find a spacious and tastefully decorated bedroom, bathroom. You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large garden not overlooked in the quiet countryside of Saint Lunaire. Parking space. Wifi. Sheets and towels in supplement. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet, alles da. Das Bett ist super bequem, wir haben phantastisch geschlafen. Der Ort St. Lunaire ist hübsch und nicht so überlaufen. 🙁 Es gibt ein kleines Ameisenproblem, aber leicht zu beheben mit z. B. etwas Silikon unter der Türschwelle." ##### Agence C.
