Completely renovated, this house has been designed to provide moments of relaxation and calm while enjoying the proximity of the magical beaches of the Emerald Coast. On the ground floor, this magnificent duplex comprises a vast living room with a real kitchen and a sitting area arranged around a magnificent fireplace. Upstairs you'll find a spacious, tastefully decorated bedroom and bathroom. You will enjoy a terrace overlooking a large, unoverlooked garden in the peace and quiet of the Saint Lunaire countryside.
