Parking was a problem. First night, we were contacted and asked to move vehicle from designated parking spot after 10:00 PM, because owner had changed his mind.
On second last day, a message came that all parking for B&B had been taken back by owner.
Smoke detector began beeping first night, needing a new battery. No one was available to remedy that. Staff had difficulty understanding the problem. We replaced it ourselves.
Previous guests had clogged bathroom sink with food waste. We unclogged it ourselves.
Mini fridge leaked.
Issues were reported, but no response came.
The room itself was quiet, spacious, comfortable and very clean. A great location.

Great overall stay at Entourage-sur-le-Lac. Clean room with many utilities. There's a lot of free activities to do on site (we stayed during winter) like fat bikes, ice skating, spa, sauna. It is 5 minutes from ski mountain Le Relais, and 20 minutes from ski Stoneham.
We stayed as a couple but there is also many activities for kids at the hotel, all available in a playroom.
Definitely would like to go back with the family this time!
Small concern, there could be more EV charging stations.
