Come and discover our new, air-conditioned and fully equipped, located on the first floor of a beautiful villa St. Louisian. This furnished for 6 people, consists of 2 large rooms, a sofa bed quality, a very nice room designer bath with walk-in shower, fully equipped kitchen area and a open living room with its large central bar table. You also benefit a beautiful wooded courtyard, with view of the mountains of the island. Also enjoy a large garden table, for sunny breakfasts. A double private parking space and secure is assigned to you and access to housing is through a independent driveway A location very well located and served, located in close to all amenities urban and offering television wired and wifi. Part of our activities and sites close to the accommodation: At 100 m: The Gol Pond, its areas of Picnic and its health journey in forest, joining the Etang-Salé les Bains by the seaside and its coast wild; (also to be done at bike !) and of course the ocean, with very nice walks coastal; At 10 min: First, the most beautiful lagoon in Reunion with the Saint-Pierre seaside resort, Ideal for snorkeling and swimming!, but also are waterfront with its glaciers, restaurants and of course its nights very lively! Second, L'Étang-Salé les Bains with its Beach black sand, its snack bars, but also its golf course and its long cycle track secure for walks in family (Bike rental at the entrance on the Saint-Louis side!) Juste nous n’avions pas compris que le logement était à l’étage, avec un escalier en colimaçon. La cuisine de l’appartement n’est pas au même niveau que le jardin mais les propriétaires ont tout prévu : cuisine d’été et plancha à disposition sur la terrasse bien abritée. Stationnement privatif fermé par un grand portail. Samuelle et Mickael ont été aux petits soins avec nous et nous ont même conviées à partager un apéro dînatoire pendant lequel ils nous ont révélé quelques belles adresses pour la fin de notre séjour. Ils sont vraiment très sympas, une belle rencontre. Depuis Saint Louis nous avons pu faire tout le Sud sauvage, les lagons de la cote ouest, monter au volcan, à Cilaos, L’Entre Deux… ##### Nancy M. Samuelle et Mickaël sont aux petits soins: panier d'accueil, apéritif cuisiné par Samuelle, prêt de masques et tubas pour profiter des poissons tropicaux à Saint Pierre (car oui, on peut se baigner à la Réunion!) L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la N1 pour accéder aux randonnées (et golfs sans notre cas). Vous aurez le choix entre ventilateur et/ou climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Celui-ci est très fonctionnel, moderne et décoré avec beaucoup de goût (plutôt encore rare ici). Bref nous recommandons cette location sans réserve et nous ne manquerons pas de revenir si l'occasion se présente car le site est bien situé géographiquement pour les nombreuses balades dans l'île. Samuelle et Mickaël sont 2 personnes très sympathiques, très accueillantes. Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite très à l'aise. Stayed 11 nights in Feb 2018 This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 10/10 Excellent #### DANIEL A. 10 Dec 2017 #### Accueil chaleureux et hébergement confortable Nous avons séjourné du 28/11 au 04/12/2017, le premier contact avec les propriétaires Samuelle et Mickaël a été des plus chaleureux, nous proposant un appartement très confortable et à la décoration soignée et raffiné, avec cette petite corbeille de bienvenue composée de produits locaux ; un pot de café, un de confiture et un de sucre, une tablette de chocolat et bien sur l'ananas Victoria. Au milieu du séjour nous avons été invité à un apero "dînatoire", un moment des plus sympathique et convivial. La situation géographique de cet hébergement nous a permis un accès aux sites du Piton des neiges et du Piton de la Fournaise, et pour les baignades (snorkilin) St Pierre est un bon Spot. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour à la Kaz à l'étang chez Samuelle et Mickaël. ##### DANIEL A. Séjour d'une semaine,3 personnes. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Samuelle. La maison est très joliment décorée et fonctionnelle, rien ne manque. Samuelle et Mickaël sont très attentionnés et soucieux de nous faire passer un séjour inoubliable. Leur bonne humeur est contagieuse, excellente adresse. Encore merci à eux. ##### Valérie B. Les proprieteres sont super acceuillants, donnent de bons conseils pour faire de belles decouvertes. Le quartier est acceuillant aussi. La ville de st louis est bien située, mais il faut avoir un vehicule pour y sejourner. ##### fany v. L'accueil a vraiment été très sympa et c'est ce qui nous a le plus plu. L'environnement est, lui, un peu bruyant (chiens la nuit) mais ce n'est pas rare à La Réunion! Sehr, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus wohnen. Nicht nur die geliehene SIM-Card, sondern auch die Organisation und Hilfe bei unserem Mafate-Ausflug mit zwei Übernachtungen sind erwähnenswert. Ein großer Supermarkt und ein Bäcker sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Das Meer, das man nachts auch rauschen hört ist ebenso wie der See in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort kann man zwar nicht Baden, aber einen herrlichen Sonnenuntergang erleben. Die Wohnküche ist nicht so ganz gemütlich und der Küchenbereich nicht optimal eingerichtet. 5 Sterne schon wegen des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses. Les propriétaires n'auraient pas pu être plus accueillants, chaleureux, sympathiques, gentils. Ils ont quasiment organisé notre séjour au Mafate pour nous, ils nous ont prêté une carte SIM, donné des super conseils etc. Merci mille fois!!!! Sinon, location super propre et toute neuve. Boulangerie et supermarché à 5 min à pied, plage et lac aussi (on ne peut pas s'y baigner, mais c'est magnifique quand-même!). Rien que pour la super relation prix-qualité cette location mérite 5 étoiles! What a great place to stay: Close to the ocean, close to a stunning lake, but also only 5 min by foot to the next supermarket and bakery. The appartement itself is very clean. But first and foremost: you won't meet hosts as nice and welcoming as Mickael and Samuelle! They really helped us out a lot. So I would totally recommend this to anyone! ##### Magdalena v. Apartment has everything one needs. The owner Mickael Picaut and his wife could not be more helpful. They picked me up at the bus station and dropped me off. Mickael loaned me an orange SIM card. And in general did everything to make me feel welcome. Grocery store very close 7 minute walk.
