Rental apartment T3 furnished in downtown Saint Leu, on the street in front of the covered market. 1st floor with elevator.

2 parking spaces, one in the basement.

2 bedrooms, one with a 140m bed and another with two single beds (possibility of sticking them together), a walk-in shower, a kitchen with American bar, an office area, a living room and an external veranda. The two bedrooms are air conditioned as well as the living room.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.
You also have a wall-mounted changing table in the bathroom. (Possibility of an umbrella bed)
The apartment is located five minutes walk from the beach, close to the leader price and all amenities. Ideally located on the island, you can enjoy Kelonia and Stella Matutina.

TRES BIEN SITUE A ST LEU

Appartement très agréable , proche des commerces et de la mer, tout peu se faire a pieds. La résidence est sécurisée et la voiture est garée au sous sol, c'est un plus. La propriétaire est très agréable et souple sur les heures d'arrivées et de départ. Nous vous remercions pour ce superbe sejour et ne manquerons pas de vous recontacter si nous revenons à ST LEU. trés bonne situation géographique

Appartement spacieux et à proximité de tout à pied ( rondavelle agréable en bord de mer), voiture à l'abri et résidence sécurisé donc bel appartement pour un séjour plus ou moins long. Propriétaire agréable .
