The Scandinavian modern decor and the central fireplace provide a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and other kitchen accessories. The dining room can accommodate 10 people at the main table and an additional table is at your disposal. The living room is equipped with two sofa. The master bedroom offers you two double beds. On the mezzanine are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed. In addition to the private outdoor spa, there is a covered porch at the front and a patio at the back with a propane BBQ. A beach volleyball court and an area for camp fires are also arranged. Guest Access: You have full access to the residence and its land in addition to direct access to the bike path and the federated snowmobile trail. The Neighborhood: Located 50 minutes from Quebec and 75 minutes from Trois-Rivières, Portneuf region offers you a magnificient landscape. Enjoy a stay close to breathtaking mountains, rivers, fields and forests! Other Things to Note: If you bring a dog to the cottage, it is important to follow these rules: \-The animal must never be left unattended and/or alone in the accommodation. \-The animal must be tied up at all times when it is outside the cottage. (Please provide the necessary equipment for this purpose) \-It is important that the animal does not make any noise (no barking or screaming that could disturb the neighbors). \-Comply with municipal regulations concerning animals. \-Do not allow the animal to climb on sofas and beds. \-Pick up all animal waste, both inside and outside. \-Be responsible for all costs related to damage caused by the animal.
