This detached holiday villa with private pool and large garden is located in Saint-Léger-de-Fougeret, in the southern part of Morvan National Park. From the garden, you can walk or cycle straight into nature. The sun-drenched, fenced 3,000 m² garden is a private paradise with a pool, trampoline, boules court, and swing. Dogs are welcome on request (max. 2, small extra charge). No youth groups allowed.



A welcoming home for several families:



Ground floor: spacious living/dining room with a cozy open fireplace, TV (Dutch channels), CD/DVD player, and Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, two ovens, and both (N)espresso and filter coffee makers. There is also a toilet, extra cooling space, and two large double bedrooms (one with sink/shower, one with sink/bidet). The garage offers loungers, garden chairs, and (pool) toys.



Upstairs: large bathroom with bath, shower, sink, and second toilet. Two very spacious rooms, including a children’s playroom (2 double beds, 2 singles, cot), room with 2 double beds, extra bathroom with shower and toilet, and a study/room with double bed. Central heating throughout. In summer, a charming gite is available for larger groups, with living room/kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.



Bed linen and (pool) towels are available for an additional fee.



Facilities: washing machine, dryer, barbecue, table tennis, billiards, 2 high chairs, fan. Ample parking.



The large, sunny pool (12 x 6 m) has a spacious terrace and outdoor shower. Maintenance is handled by the caretaker. An idyllic spot for nature lovers!
