The entrance leads to a large, bright living room featuring an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and a lounge (2-seater sofa bed, flat-screen TV, radio-CD player, connected loudspeaker...), all opening onto a 30 m2 terrace not overlooked (garden furniture + BBQ) and a garden. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The 'contemporary' staircase to the first floor has no railing (see photo) or guardrail. This installation means that this property is not suitable for our senior citizens or young children. Also, as the bedrooms are only on the first floor, this apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Upstairs, the landing leads to : \- Bedroom 1: 1 “trundle” bed, offering 2 unfolded 80x200 beds (or the possibility of a double bed), closet and hanging space. \- Bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140x190, wardrobe, adjoining dressing room. \- Bathroom: double washbasin, Italian shower and WC In addition to the terrace and garden, you'll have access to a storage area (Weber barbecue, plancha, washing machine, drying rack, refrigerator with freezer, etc.) and a lean-to for your bicycles. Saint Laurent de la Prée is a typical village in the Charente region: \- shops: bar/restaurant, bakery, supermarket, café-press-tobacco shop, pharmacy, library... \- sports facilities: Rochefort Océan Golf Club (5 minutes from the house), tennis courts, basketball court and pétanque. \- cycle paths and footpaths close to the house for beautiful walks through the marshes to the banks of the Charente and its famous carrelets, or along the coast with privileged access to the beaches of Fouras (4 km - 20 minutes by bike) - access to the local islands: Aix, Madame, Ré, Oléron. You'll also have the chance to visit La Rochelle and its aquarium, the Marais Poitevin and the Venise Verte, as well as the Palmyre Zoo... On your arrival you will be welcomed by La Conciergerie Immobilière Rochefort Océan et Fouras, who will introduce you to the house, hand over the keys, give you all the useful and tourist information you need and assist you if necessary during your stay. OTHER REMARKS: Bed linen and towels are not provided - Possibility of renting from the Conciergerie Housekeeping is not compulsory - Housekeeping package available from the Conciergerie.
