  • The house is in the Océlandes Village, a holiday park with swimming pool and tennis court, located in Saint-Julien-en-Born.
    This peaceful, tourist village has all the necessary shops nearby (daily market in Lit and Mixe). The beach of Contis located 8 km by car, is also accessible by bike path, (we leave you at your disposal 4 bikes adult). A free shuttle bus service is provided by the town of St Julien Contis beach (tourist office ).
    The atmosphere of the village is family .L'animation is free for children.
    The beauty, the grandeur of its wild beaches, and the tranquility of the village allow you to spend a pleasant stay.

Ruhe in perfekter Lage

Es war eine schöne Woche, in einem sehr angenehmen, großen und gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Es fehlt an Nichts, inklusive mehrerer Fahrräder, Gasgrill, Spiele, Sonnenliegen. Waschmaschine und eine gut ausgestattete Küche lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, weil wir dachten, dass dies auch mit in der Ausstattung dabei sei. Wir konnten uns alles Notwendige im Supermarkt beschaffen. Zu unserer Überraschung haben unsere Vermieter diese Kosten komplett übernommen! Das hat uns sehr gefreut. Fazit: ein tolles Ferienhaus, ruhig und angenehm, Schwimmbad und mehr in der Anlage, Strand in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, sehr liebe Vermieter und eine tolle Betreuerin. Von uns 100% Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne zurück.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La description de la location était bien représentative. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la vue du jardin, bien dégagée et reposante. Nous avons apprécié les vélos mis à disposition, très pratique pour les courses et pour aller à la plage (sur un trajet composé exclusivement de pistes cyclables bien séparée de la route : compter 30 minutes)

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette résidence calme avec des voisins discrets. La maison est idéalement placée en impasse, avec une vue imprenable et non loin de la piscine. Tout confort disponible avec vélos compris. Avec le temps idéal que nous avons eu, nous avons pleinement profiter du jardin et de l'ombre de l'arbre pour y manger. Accueil et contacts avec les propriétaires très agréables. Je vous recommande sans hésitation.

maison agréable avec une vue dégagée

La pièce de vie est agréable et bien agencée. Il n'y a aucun vis à vis avec les voisins et il y a une belle vue dégagée ce qui est appréciable. La terrasse est très bien avec les store, le parasol et un grand arbre qui protègent du soleil lorsqu'on mange. Le jardin n'est par contre pas très grand. Un bémol sur l'espace nuit où il n'y a pas énormément d'intimité pour la chambre parentale située en mezzanine malgré le rideau prévu à cet effet. Par contre, je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié de ne pas être prévenue sur le site du prix du ménage qui est très élevé et du fait que l'utilisation du terrain de tennis n'est pas gratuite.

La maison est agréable, fonctionnelle et bien aménagée . Elle est située face à la forêt de pins (il n'y a donc pas de vis à vis) et au calme Le rez de chaussée reste frais malgré les grosses chaleurs et l'arbre, dans le jardin, est appréciable... La proximité de Contis par les pistes cyclables est également un plus Seul petit bémol : la propreté de la piscine car peu de gens se douchent avant la baignade !
