Situated here, you'll feel as if you're living on the water. Inside, the rooms are spacious and very well-equipped; you're sure to enjoy a pleasant stay here. Nearby: marked hiking trails, Prades 3 km away (lifeguarded beach in summer, whitewater activities, small shops), Chanteuges 9 km away (salmon conservatory and medieval village), Langeac 10 km away (all shops, outdoor activities). Entrance is via the first-floor terrace, which opens onto the living room-kitchen (TV, fireplace), shower room with separate toilet, and laundry area. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) each, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm) and 1 corner bed (100 x 175 cm), shower room with toilet and 2nd separate toilet. Wood features play a prominent role throughout and lend a cozy atmosphere to this cottage. The living room overlooks the Allier River, ideal for fishing and whitewater sports. Services included in the accommodation price: \- Baby equipment: crib, high chair, bathtub, deckchair, changing mat. \- Wood pellet central heating included in the price. \- Housekeeping included \- Bed linen \- Towels A deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival at the cottage. Park in the square where the restaurant is located, on the left. Go under the porch. The gîte is located at the very back of the courtyard, on the left-hand side. Property managed by a professional.
