At the foot of the Ardèche gorges, your 95m² holiday villa, located near the village of Saint Julien de Peyrolas, is located at the bottom of a sunny hill in a quiet area.
The exterior of 700m² not overlooked consists of a covered terrace, a petanque court, a synthetic turf, and a heated swimming pool (7x3.5m) secured by an electric shutter.
Wanting calm and rest, this villa is made for you.

The villa is designed for 6 people, you will find:

- A 50m² living room with fully equipped open kitchen.
- A bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks.
- A bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 cm
- A bedroom with 2 beds in 80x200cm that can be transformed into 1 bed in 160x200 cm
- A sofa bed in 140cm (in the living room).

Included is the service of bed linen and towels, pillows and duvets.
The towels include 1 bath towel / 1 hand towel / 1 flannel.
The bedding is of very good quality, for a most pleasant sleep.

Our villa is a haven of peace in a little corner of paradise.
