Family holiday
My wife and I stayed here with a 10 month boy as our first holiday. The villa is an excellent space and in great condition. The pool and garden area are brilliant and meant we could real relax at the property and not always need to go out. Vincent and Maud were great hosted with quick communication before and during our stay. Highly recommend.

Malgré le mauvais temps nous avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est entièrement équipée et très propre. Malheureusement, nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la piscine, mais il y avait beaucoup d'espace et de possibilités pour s'amuser dans la maison. Le propriétaire a fourni de bonnes informations à l'avance sur l'accessibilité et la clé, et pendant le séjour sur le dépôt des déchets. La maison est bien située pour explorer les magnifiques environs. Bref, fortement recommandé !

Entspannung pur
Wir haben im Juli 14 sehr erholsame Tage in dem Haus von Vincent verbringen dürfen. Bereits kurz nach unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Vincent gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Wir haben in den 14 Tagen noch ein paar mal mit Vincent per WhatsApp kommuniziert, der Austausch war immer blitzschnell und sehr freundlich. Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt ist das Haus und das Gründstück wirklich ein Traum. Besonders schön ist die ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Das Grundstück ist von Tor und Zaun umschlossen und der Garten in in Richtung Wäldchen gerichtet. Hier stört wirklich keiner beim relaxen am Pool oder beim entspannen auf einem der Liegestühle. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln, es war alles absolut sauber, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Eine defekte Poolpumpe wurde umgehend von einem sehr freundlichen Monteur ausgetauscht. Dieser Monteur hatte zu der neuen Pumpe auch noch super Ausflugsziele zur Hand. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Urlaub Vincent!

Rien à dire, tout est parfait. Nos hôtes sont charmants et toujours présents si on a besoin de quelque chose Maison au calme. Pensez à prendre de l’anti moustiques! Piscine agréable. Équipement complet

Superbe villa
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la villa était très propre, spacieuse et superbe. Nos hôtes Maud et Vincent sont sympathiques et attentionnés de par les messages que nous avons reçus. Arrivée flexible et facile avec la boîte à clefs. Piscine agréable et propre. Rien ne manque. Présence d un maraîcher et vente de produits locaux à quelques mètres chez Louisette . Village voisin Aiguèze magnifique. Ardèche aventure à st Martin pour canoë kayak à prix raisonnable et beauté du paysage. Merci pour tout

Wunderbares Haus mit allem Komfort in ruhiger Naturlage
Wir waren zu zweit und begeistert von dem Haus. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, mit einem schönen Garten und Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und es funktionierte alles wie gewünscht. Die Küche liegt prima so, das man alle Mahlzeiten auf der angenehm beschatten Terrasse einnehmen kann. Das Badezimmer ist sehr auch gut. Die Kommunikation mit Vincent war immer sehr gut, er hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Man kann vondort aus gut Fahrradtouren unternehmen, wir haben 3 davon auf Outdoor active veröffentlicht. Zur Ardeche und Restaurants in St. Martin sind es per Rad oder Auto nur wenige Minuten.

Superbe maison très bien équipée et à proximité de plein d'activités (plages, grottes, balade à cheval, jeux en plein air, restaurants...). La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Très jolie région, nous recommandons vivement cette location. Les propriétaires sont avenants et réactifs, merci encore pour la surprise à l'arrivée! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Magnifique villa
Bien placée, au calme et à 3 min à pied d’un petit primeur très sympathique. Villa très lumineuse avec une grande pièce à vivre. Juste à côté de la maison, il y a aussi un super parc Accrobranche. Propriétaire disponible et très réactif. Location recommandée !

Séjour découverte
Maison récente au calme avec tout ce qu'il faut à l'intérieur. L'equipement est vraiment complet ce qui est rare. Les propriétaires ne sont pas présents mais disponibles si besoin. Le calme et l'absence de vis à vis sont des points positifs appréciables. La location est close et un portail électrique facilite son accès. La piscine est couverte par un rideau électrique ce qui est sécurisant et permet un maitien de la température la nuit. Le terrain de pétanque a côté de la piscine est très pratique.
