When he finally bothered to read the email sent to alert him that we were lost and would be late, he had already left- leaving no way to get keys. We were stranded, late at night, with no housing. No communication from him since. Bellvilla says VRBO has to resolve the issue. VRBO has not responded to any requests for assistance. DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY. IT'S A NIGHTMARE!"

"Our family had a lovely time at De La Truffiere. It is in a quiet location in the countryside but fairly close to Bergerac for shopping and other conveniences. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space to allow family members to do their own thing. It was too early to use the pool but we enjoyed playing ping pong, going on walks in the country and dining on the patio. We would definitely stay there again."
