It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a 70 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

Ground floor:  
\- 27 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and access to terrace  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view  
\- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with sea view

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, table, hoover, hairdryer and iron.

\- A 20m² covered terrace and a 14m² sunny terrace  
\- A 70 m² garden, not enclosed on the sea side and private, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Joseph, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. Enjoy a lush green landscape lulled by the sounds of the sea. Withdrawn from the city and traffic, its wild side promises you a most rejuvenating stay! Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
