Saint-Joseph-de-la-Rive Holidays from £970

This was supposed to be a romantic stop in QC and it turned into the absolute opposite. Our check-in time was for 4pm. So we went site seeing and arrived at 5pm. Only to find out that not only was our room not ready, but that it was just about to be cleaned. LITERALLY. AT 5PM OUR ROOM WAS ABOUT TO BE CLEANED! We were told to just wait until it was done. Then we had to deal with getting a drink at the bar, that was supposed to be complimentary by the hotel, and that was a disaster. By the time we got into our room, it was too late to go out. So we ordered food from the restaurant. When we went to put stuff in the fridge, we found old rotting fruit in it. Found old napkins in the waste. It was awful. So, if you're thinking of staying here, don't. They have zero amenities. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the hotel. If you have luggage, you have to walk through the entire restaurant to get it through. There are so many better places to stay then here.

This was truly a unique and awesome stay. The place itself is very spacious, very clean, very modern, very comfortable and it has everything just like having your own place minus groceries 😊 There’s no elevator. We were one floor up so no concerns but even higher up floors would’ve worked. Hopefully they can add some elevators, even just a freight elevator. Location is also accessible with 20 - 30 minutes walk or Uber or Lyft or buses if you have time to figure it out! Definitely recommend!

Un peu compliqué l’application car aucune réception et l’application est seulement en anglais. Endroit bien situé, mais très bruyant comme endroit.

Checkout receptionist fixed a wrong cruise port on my uber map, I specifically asked her to pick the right Princess Cruise line port in Quebec on the Uber selection for me, she didn’t point out the correct one but just picked a port on the selection which landed the page of which Uber fare I want. After arriving at a “cruise port” then we found out the receptionist picked a wrong port, we have to add a fare to the correct port. The receptionist should have told me she doesn’t know instead of picked a random port. It’s poor training from the management. We are very disappointed to this hotel!
