LAKESIDE GITE

The gite is a traditional stone barn conversion which retains many original features but includes all the luxury and comfort you would expect from high class accommodation.

Exposed stonework, oak beams and a wood burning fire all rub shoulders with modern rugs and tasteful furnishings. There's also an English TV, DVD player and PlayStation 3.

The gite sleeps 7 people in comfort in 3 generous sized bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. All have ensuites with double size showers, toilet, hand basin and dressing room with hanging facilities.

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has a king sized bed. This is suitable for wheelchair users with partial mobility and the owners can supply ramps for the front entrance if needed.
Bedroom 2 is on the 1st floor, overlooking the lake, and has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 is also on the 1st floor. It has three single beds.

There is also a child's cot, high chair and stairgate, along with hairdryer and hot water bottles for the colder months!

Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own lazi spa and pool towels. Parking is conveniently situated next to the gite, which is under cover.

The kitchen is fully fitted with all the usual equipment and laundry facilities are available on request.

The lounge/dining area has double doors leading onto the terrace, which overlooks the lawn and lake, making it the perfect place for breakfast, a BBQ, or just an aperitif!

There is WiFi inside the gite and limited use on the patio outside. Down by the lake you can usually pick up 3/4G.


Terrace Area

There is a newly extended patio area with rattan dining furniture, parasol, gazebo and lazi spa. There are also sun loungers, bistro set, all for relaxing! A charcoal BBQ and firepit are also available to use.

A bistro set is also situated at the front of the property ensuring you catch the sun all day!

A selection of garden games to enjoy, for example, swing ball, jenga, badminton and boules. There is also a pool table.

Plunge Pool

There is a large plunge pool on the grass area to the rear of the gite, overlooking the lake, ideal for relaxing and for children to enjoy. A small selection of pool inflatables, pool games, etc (please note we do not provide children's arm bands).

The pool area is not exclusive to your party - it may at times also be used by the owners.

Please note: Lazi Spa and Plunge Pool are open from beginning May to end of September

Play Area

The play area is situated to the side of the gite, where a newly constructed wooden climbing frame has been built which incorporates swings, slide, mini climbing wall, sandpit with spades, etc and a fort tower! There is a wooden picnic table and parasol.

PLEASE NOTE: There is NO swimming in the lake, NO fishing in the lake, NO use of boat on lake!
