Grocery 7 km, supermarket 7 km, bus stop "La Bernardelle" 700 m. Nearby attractions: Alès 35 km, Nimes 70 km, Montpellier 75 km, Anduze 15 km. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

  • This is just one of many spectacular views from a walk entitled "Pas Du Loup". We started at Capluc, a cross on a peak above Le Rozier and did the entire circuit. It's still comfortably in my top ten all time great walks. If you suffer acrophobia it's one to be avoided. The area is also something of a mecca for rock climbers. The whole Goreg du Tarn is a special place for me because the tourist buses don't go there and it's reputedly the deepest gorge in Europe.
