Au cœur de la nature et aux pieds des vignes, vous trouverez notre charmante maison rénovée, alliant charme de l’ancien et modernité. Dans cette paisible maison, vous pourrez découvrir au RDC une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon, avec une chambre de 15 m² (avec télévision et penderie), ainsi qu'une salle d’eau avec douche et toilettes. Au premier étage et complètement indépendant, notre loft de 60 m² possède une chambre de 15 m² climatisée avec lit King Size, une salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et WC. Une cuisine équipée ouverte sur séjour de 35m2 sera à votre disposition. En souplex, vous aurez une chambre parentale de 35 m² à votre disposition avec son coin salon (avec télévision et penderie), ainsi qu'une salle d’eau et des toilettes. Vous bénéficierez de climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Un espace commun extérieur où vous pourrez profiter de repas sous le figuier, suivi de folles parties de pétanque sera présent. Un parking privé sera à votre disposition. Et pour encore plus de détente, vous pourrez profiter d'un espace commun avec un jacuzzi, installé à l'ancien emplacement de la roue du moulin. A 2 minutes à pied sur la place des Tilleuls vous trouverez : \- La boulangerie de Saint-Jean-de-Vaux sera ravie de vous accueillir, tous les jours sauf le lundi. \- Le vendredi soir à partir de 18h, le pizzaiolo Thibault vous proposera ses délicieuses pizzas à emporter. \- Le dimanche à partir de 16h, la crêperie Marie-Antoinette vous accueillera pour déguster des crêpes salées et sucrées sur place ou à emporter. \- La guinguette estivale du camping municipal de Saint-Jean-de-Vaux avec sa piscine extérieure (ouverte juillet et août), sera ouverte midi et soir 7 j/7 du 1er mai au 30 septembre autour de grillades et de pizzas. A 5 minutes en voiture, à Mercurey, vous trouverez plusieurs commerces (pharmacie, coiffeur, boucher, boulangerie, caves...) et un supermarché. Aux alentours, vous pourrez découvrir nos vignerons, pour des dégustations de vins du terroir. Rural location in the heart of Burgundy. With a car easy access to some of the greatest wine houses in France. We stayed for 3 nights in September as the harvesting of the vines had begun therefore some of the local wine caves were closed for harvesting but with towns like Pommard and Meursault less than a 30 minute drive away, we were never far from exceptional wine to taste and buy. Property was comfortable and clean. Only slight (small issue) was the musty smell especially in the downstairs bedroom/bathroom. A car is necessary to access local amenities and restaurants except for the local boulangerie which is easily walkable. Communication with host was easy and our questions and queries were answered quickly. ##### Jacqueline B.
