Face à la mer, ici, c'est le paradis. Très bien située au cœur du centre de saint jean de monts, ou l'on peut tout faire à pied, (commerces, marché, casino un très grand choix de restaurants et pour la plage, il n'y a qu'à traverser la route) la propriétaire très sympathique Claudine, la voisine comme elle se prénomme est très chaleureuse et aux petits soins avec ses locataires.
