In Saint Jean de Monts, in the Sailing School district, close to golf, tennis, and thalassotherapy, this studio is located on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator and direct access to the beach. It features an entrance hall with a closet, a charming living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a single sofa bed (80 cm) opening onto a balcony with a beautiful sea view, a fully equipped kitchen area, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Free public parking is 100 m from the residence.  
Forest and cycle paths are nearby.  
For a beachfront holiday! Pets welcome. To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (rate based on the number of people) and deposit (€500)
