This apartment, located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a secure, tree-lined residence with a private communal pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), sleeps 4 people (one additional child may be accommodated). One private parking space inside the complex.
It features an entryway with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed with a chest of drawers) and 1 loft bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed with a chest of drawers), a bathroom with a toilet, and a 7 m² loggia equipped with an electric grill. Free Wi-Fi.
It is located right in the centre of Saint Jean de Monts, 100 m from all shops, the market, the market halls, the post office, and the media library, and a 17-minute walk from the beach.
And if you’d rather not overload your suitcases, a bed linens and towels rental service can be arranged through our partner RSM SERVICES, upon prior request.
We also offer an optional end-of-stay cleaning service for 50 euros (please let us know if you’d like this when booking), to be paid directly to RSM SERVICES.
