Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 29 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are available at an additional cost. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 29 m² living room with TV, DVD player, sofa and dining area \- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2 with twin beds (80/190) (can be joined together to form a double bed), TV \- Bathroom with bath \- Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: \- A 10 m² balcony surrounds the flat so you can enjoy the sunny days with furniture. The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Activities : \- The forest offers a wide range of walks, trails and cycle routes throughout the town. \- Noirmoutier is just 35 minutes away by car \- Le puy du fou is 45 minutes away by car \- The hinterland with its windmills and walks \- A large white sandy beach as far as the eye can see for sand yachting, windsurfing, paddle boarding... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
