For peaceful nights during a weekend or holiday stay, the rental includes a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. The open kitchen, very well equipped, leads directly to the dining space. The decoration, recent and carefully designed, uses current furniture and soothing colours, on a parquet-type flooring. The sheltered balcony is equipped with garden furniture to enjoy the sea air. Since they are often part of the family, small pets are accepted in this accommodation. 200 m to go and you have your feet in the sand! A direct access leads to the large beach of Saint-Jean de Monts. Swimming, relaxation and water activities are on the programme! The apartment is located on a quiet street in the heart of the resort, a few steps from the Esplanade and Avenue de la Mer. Entertainment, restaurants and beach establishments await you. You can stroll along the esplanade and the pier. For more active walks on foot or by bike, trails and paths cross the forest of Pays de Monts, run along the Vendée coastline, and reach the port of Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie. Plancha très pratique. douche très pratique mais un support savon - shampooing serait 1 plus. Le bar table est un peu étroit pour les préparations cuisines. La connection TV est très moyenne, elle ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps.
