Idéalement située, entre pinède, mer, centre bourg, pistes cyclables, et avenue piétonne, cette maison bénéficie d’un grand jardin arboré, sur terrain de 600m2 où l’on peut stationner 2 véhicules.  
  
Le logement se compose d’une salle de séjour avec TV, un lit d’appoint 80 cm pour enfant/ado), une chambre avec un lit double (140) + un lit parapluie, grands placards), une cuisine équipée (frigo-congélateur, four, gazinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, bouilloire, cafetière à filtres), une salle de douche (avec douche à l’italienne, radiateur sèche-serviette, sèche cheveux), et un WC séparé. Un couloir avec placard dessert ces différents espaces.   
  
Les Plus de cet hébergement à la mer : A l’extérieur, une grande terrasse, une table et 5 fauteuils de table, 1 parasol de table, 2 chaises relax. Une partie de la maison n’est pas louée (réservée aux propriétaires), mais vous serez les seuls occupants de la maison, sur 46 m2\. Ménage fin de séjour inclus.
