Rent modern and cosy cottages ideally located 2 km from the ocean near Saint-Jean-de-Monts!

Nestled between the sea and the marshes, our 40 m² cottages—carefully decorated—welcome you for a relaxing stay. Both cottages feature magnificent private hot tubs.

The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. It features a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, glass-ceramic cooktop, all necessary dishes, a TV (DTT channels), hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer).

The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with 140 double beds.

Outside, you’ll enjoy beautiful wooden decks and bioclimatic pergolas with all the garden furniture you need for a wonderful holiday (outdoor table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue).

The house also features a private 5-person spa (included in the rental rate) in the garden.

Sports enthusiasts—especially golf lovers—will be in for a real treat!

Bed linens are provided for stays of 2 nights or more. For one-night stays, the sheet set rental fee is €8.
Bath towels are not provided. The towel set rental fee is €5 per person.

Pets weighing less than 25 kg and that are not noisy are allowed for €15.
The accommodation must be left clean (dishes washed and put away, bed(s) unmade, refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, kitchen, and floors washed, trash tins emptied).
If you do not wish to clean the property yourself, you can opt for the cleaning package for 85€.

If you wish, we can provide a baby kit for an additional 15€.
This kit includes a travel cot (with mattress and mattress protector), a high chair, and a baby bathtub.
