  • Exceptional villa of 120 m2, Premium Host, with swimming pool on the edge of the magnificent forest of Saint Jean de Monts located in the popular and quiet area of La Caillauderie 1 km from the beach of Les Salins.
    This fully enclosed villa is built on a plot of 600 m2 in a wooded environment. A little corner of paradise, equipped with a terrace of 80 m2 with an electric awning of 5 X3.5m, a swimming pool of 7.50 x 3.50 m. The pool is heated to 27°, it is secured by a low locked enclosure. With its telescopic modules, the pool enclosure is fully modular, and allows users to discover the pool partially or entirely.
    A 20 m2 patio, equipped with a living room, will allow you to relax away from the sun in the heat.
    A bright living room of 60 m2, open to the terrace and patio through four bay windows, including a panoramic sofa, a 165 cm television, spacious dining room and an open kitchen.
    Given the sanitary situation, the cleaning and disinfection of the villa is carried out after each departure.
    Sophie's concierge service located in Saint Jean de Monts, is in charge of handing over the keys and the inventory of fixtures, and managing in case of any problems during the stay.

Fabulous in so many ways - the location, the pool, how well equipped the house is, the communication from the owner and the concierge. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to explore the area.

A wonderful house

This is a beautiful, modern, well equipped home and we were very comfortable there. It had everything you could possibly need (although no air conditioning) and the pool was fantastic. It had a real feeling of luxury to it (however I would take my own linen if I went again as we paid quite a lot to hire bedding and towels which turned out to be old, tired and a bit musty which was a shame as everything else was literally perfect). The house is not particularly close to any amenities so we did have to drive everywhere. The local beaches are stunning - great for bodyboarding and surfing. We had a wonderful stay.

Maison magnifique et conforme aux photos, avec des stores électriques et une grande TV. La piscine chauffée est un réel atout avec un jardin paysage très joli. Nous avons passé 15 jours magiques malgré le temps maussade et avons quand même pu profiter de la piscine grace à l'abri. Quartier très calme proche de la ville et des lieux à visiter.Nous espérons revenir !

Tout était parfait dans cette maison : espace, confort, équipements…Nous avons pu profiter de la Vendée, de Noirmoutier aux Sables d’Olonne en passant par St Gilles et en allant jusqu’au Puy du Fou… et bien sûr des plages et restaurants de St Jean de Monts qui sont à 2/3 km de la location.

Très agréable villa.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille (5), la maison est très lumineuse, calme et très bien agencée. Tout y est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour. Possibilité de se rendre à pieds à la plage. La concierge est également disponible et sympathique.

Lumineuse et bien conçue

Quartier calme pour cette maison neuve bien agencée. Nous avons apprécié le grand séjour lumineux, la suite parentale avec dressing et salle d'eau séparée. Belle terrasse et piscine extérieure chauffée. Malgré une météo mitigée, nous avons ainsi passé un séjour agréable durant la première quinzaine de septembre. Accueil professionnel et sympathique par Marie-Christine du service de conciergerie qui propose également la fourniture du linge de maison.

Wunderbares Haus

Tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. In ruhigem Wohngebiet gelegen und nah zum Strand und Wald. Großer überdachter und beheizter Pool, den wir auch bei schlechtem Wetter nutzen konnten. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est très bien pensée, fonctionnelle, moderne et décorée avec soin. La piscine est très grande, sécurisée et la température de l'eau parfaite. Nos divers échanges avec les propriétaires ainsi que la conciergerie privée ont été très agréables, ce sont des personnes très accueillantes et à l'écoute. Toute la famille a apprécié et nous y retournerons c'est sur !

Une maison neuve, aménagée avec goût et de manière qualitative

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la villa en famille début août 2021. Malgré une météo particulièrement déprimante, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien aménagée (« comme à la maison ») Rien à redire, je recommande chaudement.

Maison et environnement très agréable
