We’re in the heart of truffle country, perfect for gourmet and authentic getaways. The private saltwater pool (open from June through September) will offer you precious moments of refreshment during the summer. It’s the perfect starting point for exploring the Lot, as well as the neighbouring departments of Aveyron and Tarn-et-Garonne. Just a few minutes away: Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France; the Château de Cénevières; the Pech Merle cave; and the Way of St. James—perfect for lovers of culture and hiking. In the main house: a 43 m² living area (which serves as both a living room and kitchen) with a sitting area, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 queen-size bed, and 1 single bed as an extra), bathroom with toilet. Electric heating and a fireplace in the living area. Two covered terraces—one facing north and the other south—with patio furniture and a barbecue, accessible from the living area. Private saltwater pool (11x5, 0.40 to 1.70 metres deep) secured by an alarm. Enclosed property of 1,500 m². Parking for 2 cars. In the outbuilding across from the house: entryway, then up to the ground floor with a loft, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and a bathroom with toilet. Supplemental heating available upon request.
