I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience and, in particular, the way my family and I were treated by the hotel management Nekeisha who is rude, dismissive, unprofessional and lacks empathy.
I traveled to Trinidad and Tobago with my family because we were there to attend a funeral. This was already an extremely difficult and emotional time for us. After returning to the hotel on Friday , August 28, we were shocked to discover that our belongings had been packed up and removed from our room.
I had stayed at this hotel for three nights and believed I had successfully updated my reservation to reflect a check-in date of Wednesday, August 26 and a check-out date of Friday, August 29. I did not arrive and check in until approximately 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26.
There appears to have been an issue or misunderstanding with my reservation. However, rather than contacting me to clarify the situation, the hotel packed up all of my family’s belongings and moved them into a storage room without notifying me or obtaining my permission.
Our belongings included refrigerated food, non-refrigerated food, medications, valuables, clothing, and other personal property. There was also a delay before our belongings were returned.
Imagine traveling to another country for a funeral, returning to the hotel after an already emotional and difficult day, and discovering that you and your family have essentially been put out on the street with your belongings.

"The hotel was very nice. After arriving, I contacted the hotel to see if there was shuttle service. Spoke to Amit who stated the roads were flooded and it would be about 1 1/2 hours before they can send someone. We decided to take taxi service instead. Arrived, we were greeted and checked in by Amit. ..."
