The house was functional with all new appliances and fairly comfortable except for the bedding. Substantial work has been done to repair the significant damage from the hurricane, but the work is not complete, and this is not reflected in the listing description or pictures. Nor was it communicated to us prior to our arrival. Some unrepaired damage caused us significant frustration particularly on arrival. House is very clean. Pool was clean. Dock was perfect for our 28’ boat. We chose not to use the lift, but the dock was still plenty big to accommodate us. Restaurants were nearby, just one or two canals over, so we chose to take our boat instead of driving. Kids loved it. We had an amazing sunset boat ride after one of our dinners out.
