Zwei Wochen am Meer

Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, vom lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer, man kann Ebbe und Flut beobachten.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem modernen Haus. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entdecken ein: Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan etc.

Très belle maison moderne avec vue

La maison est bien agencée et bien située, bons matelas, cela correspond à la description sauf que le jardin n'est pas clos (portail cassé et trou dans la clôture) nous avons du garder notre petit chien en laisse. Par contre dés le 1er jour nous avons signalé à la conciergerie quelques problèmes de propreté.

Emplacement au top, proche du littoral. La maison est agréable mais mériterait quelques améliorations intérieures (poignées de portes, paroi de douche dans la buanderie, décoration...).

Bon emplacement propriété très agréable, quelque petites améliorations serait bien venues. Exemple, petite étagère dans salle de douche pour poser savon par exemple, assiettes plus légères et plus agréables; couteaux plus sympa et qui coupe mieux . Schöne Lage, aber wenig Sorgfalt und Pflege

Im Dezember 2019 buchte ich dieses Haus für meine Familie, voller Vorfreude und großer Erwartungen, da die Bewertungen sehr gut waren. Leider kann ich mich diesen Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Wir wählen unsere Häuser immer sehr sorgfältig aus, da man es im Urlaub ähnlich schön wie zuhause haben möchte. Ich glaube nicht, dass wir besonders pingelig sind, aber bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse kann man schon etwas erwarten. Auf uns wirkte das Haus vernachlässigt und renovierungsbedürftig. Kaum ein Teller, der nicht zerkratzt oder angeschlagen war, einige Schüsseln, Tassen und Gläser ebenso. Auf den weißen Fußleisten sammelte sich flächendeckend der Staub. Um die Griffe der Wandschranktüren klebte es. Die Sofas waren durchgesessen. Die Aufnahme für die Brause abgebrochen. Alles vielleicht Schönheit, was aber zum Wohlfühlen nicht beiträgt. Was allerdings überhaupt nicht sein darf, ist schwarzer Schimmel in den Silkonfugen der Dusche.

Excellent séjour à St Jacut

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à St Jacut, le site est très beau, point de vu superbe depuis la pointe du chevet à 5 mn à pied de la location, emplacement idéal par rapport aux sites touristiques tels que St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Frehel, ... La location est juste à côté des plages et du port, ce qui est très agréable pour profiter de la mer, avec de plus, un beau point de vue sur la mer depuis le salon et le jardin. La location est très bien conçue, parfaitement équipée, adaptée aux personnes handicapées et à un séjour en famille. En résumé, nous recommandons cette location, si vous aimez la mer, les belles balades, les sites touristiques, vous ne serez pas déçus, quant au propriétaire il est très sympathique.

Beaucoup de matériel intérieur et extérieur équipements en bon état et la vue est vraiment celle de la photo. Endroit calme et reposant. De nombreuses visites sans faire trop de kilomètres. Bref séjour impeccable.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec 2 enfants. Cette maison, de plein pieds, est idéale pour passer un merveilleux séjour à Saint-Jacut de la mer. Tout est réuni pour le confort de tous. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée (matériel de qualité), avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Le jardin est grand et très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes et connaissent parfaitement la région. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.
